Description
Crane labeled "Roy E. Luckhardt," hoists a block while other men steady the cross section of the welcome arch, on which a sign states: "Welcome to Jensen Beach." The original 1926 cross section was blown down in the 1949 hurricane and in 1954 this replacement was installed.
