Lady Abundance unveiling, 1949

Description

A. Feit (member of the American Art Appraisers Association, antiquarian and art dealer), Mary McDonald Hartman (1902-1969), and Mrs. George Conrad (Stuart Woman's Club committee members) stand next to the Lady Abundance fountain. The fountain was sculpted by Manya Konolei, donated by the Stuart Woman's Club to the City of Stuart and installed on the courthouse lawn in 1949. It was later placed in Haney Circle in 1991.
