Description
View of the Hillsboro Lighthouse and outbuildings taken from the beach. The Hillsboro Lighthouse, built in 1907, is located on an inlet in Broward County, midway between Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton. Photo published in the November 1917 issue of Motorboat magazine (volume XIV, No. 21). Edythe Willoughby contributed an article to this issue of the magazine, titled "In Florida Waters” about traveling the waterways of south Florida.
