"Sea turtle wearing barnacle jewelry fresh from the ocean caught with many others near Stuart, Fla." Listed in FPC record book 1 as 5136 Turtle on Bicycle HEH." Presented by the Stuart Commercial Club to the United States Government Engineers at a public hearing (16 Jan 1923) in Stuart, Florida as part of a report requesting aid for a deep water harbor.
