Includes indices of teachers, White teachers p. 2, Black teacher p. 102; and completed "Teacher's Permanent Record" forms, which includes names, credentials, and a resume of teaching experience (often with salary) of each teacher. Some records also include copies of correspondence stapled to the form. A few entries feature handwritten names, and these have been altered to include the name typewritten to facilitate searching.
