Harris Lowery Jr. with his father. Harris Lowery Jr. worked as a local attorney and as both a municipal and Martin County Judge. Lowery Sr. came to Stuart in 1925 and opened the Lowery Davis Lapham Furniture Company. He also worked in both insurance and mortuary services.
