Description

Two young boys in a small boat with the name "Chippy" written on its side. One of the kids is using an oar to maneuver the boat to land and the other child helps with a make-shift paddle/piece of wood. This photo was taken during October of 1959 when the Tick Ridge area of Jensen Beach flooded.
