Description

Portrait of brothers James (police officer and coach) and Robert Hall (football player) shaking hands. James Hall was one of the first two black officers (along with Leroy Washington) appointed to the Stuart police force. Robert Hall held several political roles in Stuart, including serving as Stuart's first black mayor.
