Description
View of "Thompson's The Sixpence" gathering place and houses on Lake Street. The structure was torn down in 1962 in preparation for the building of the housing authority development. The branches of two trees cover over the porch. A Signature Ice cream advertising sign hangs on the tall wooden pole next to the building. A young boy can be seen sitting on the rails of another porch in the background.
