Description

View of a demolished structure. The image also shows a large building at the corner of Church Street and East Avenue. This commercial building contained local businesses, including Eddie Lee's Sundae Shop and was located at the corner of Church Street and East Avenue. St. Paul's AME Church was built at this location in 1976 (replacing the original St. Paul's Church on Church Street). Several buildings were demolished in this area by the city in 1962.
