Majestic Apartments, c. 1940

View of two large buildings (211 and 201 S. Colorado Avenue in 2023). One is labeled "Majestic Apartments." Formerly the Coventry Apartments (built 1922), next door to the Coventry Hotel, both buildings were renovated in 1936 by M.P. Payette and the name changed to Majestic Apartments. From 1953 to about 1967, it was the Dorothy Apartments.
