Stamped on back: "Official photo, Lake Okeechobee Drainage Acres, no. 109. Spillway open to lower elevation of canal to permit passage of Dredge Wolstka enroute Jacksonville, Fla. To Division 3, Lake Okeechobee Drainage Areas, Fla." Published in the Stuart News (9 Jan 1964) with the caption: "Old view of St. Lucie locks spillway discharging."

It is unclear which lock this is.
