Description

Crowd of people on the steamer Constitution of the Indian River line of tourist steamers. The McCoy brothers' steamer Constitution in 1916 regularly navigated from Daytona to Rockledge to Fort Pierce to Palm Beach and back. A note in the Palm Beach Post (22 Jan 1916) indicates that Capt. William McCoy was one of the first boats down the canal. Photo finished by Florida Photographic Concern (Ft. Pierce, Fla.)
