Published in Sandra Thurlow's book, Sewall's Point (p. 159), with the caption: "Developers and friends pose in front of the Lucindia guesthouse, where a grand opening party was held. Left to right: Gordon Lockwood, A.J.L. Moritz, Trude Bohner (Neese), Elvin Killheffer, Helen Wareheim, Marie Killheffer, Richard Bohner, E.C. Wareham, Edward Bohner, Ron Allison and Glenn Allison." She notes that the former guesthouse was moved to Sewall's Point Road as a sales office for a subdivision and was later a private residence.
