Several properties in this aerial view are identified in Sewall's point - The History of a Peninsular Community on Florida's Treasure Coast by Sandra Thurlow. From the lower right side of photograph and moving up they are the Hiram Bloomingdale estate, Walter Bailey House, E. C. B. Tyndall House, L. F. Knowles' High Point Rod & Gun Club, Jerome Twichell House, and the Hillcrest boathouse.
