Description
Damaged house. The Niebling house on Sewall's Point Road, on the river side (about half way between E. Ocean Blvd and Langford's). The house was twisted on its foundation with extensive damage.
The house was built in the late 19th century and served as the Waveland Post Office and then a hotel. It was purchased by Jeana and Fred Niebling in 1947 and had to be demolished.
