Published in the Stuart News (1 Sep 1960) with the caption: "Ground breaking for the new Skyline Professional Center at Skyline Drive and Commercial Street, Jensen Beach, took place Wednesday morning. Here Dr. R.Q. Penick turns the first shovelful of earth, as director of Professional Development Corporation of Jensen Beach. Others in the picture are, left to right: John L. Taylor, contractor; Mrs. Gloria Fribourg, Dr. Penick's nurse; William J. Weiss, treasurer; E.C. Wareham, president; and Mrs. Alice Freed, secretary. The new project will cost between $50,000 and $60,000."
