Hickman Motel, c. 1960

The Hickman Motel, located on Highway US 1, to the south of Stuart. The motel was built in 1953 by owner, Paul W. Hickman. The motel was sold to M. L. and Irene Newman around 1957 and remained in operation into the 1960s.
