Established in 1898 by All Saints' Episcopal Church. Also referred to as "Waveland Cemetery" and "Jensen Cemetery." The land for the Church and the Cemetery was donated by Mary and Charles Racey in 1898 and 1907. The site was expanded in 1933 with the donation of about 7 acres from the Jensen Fruit Company.
