Description
The Bank of Stuart with three people in front, two identified as John and Josephine Taylor. Built in 1912 at the corner of St. Lucie and Osceola Avenues (in 2023 301 SW St. Lucie Avenue), this building has been occupied by many businesses, including banks, government offices, a shoe store, a locksmith, a fellowship hall, and restaurants. It was Bank of Stuart from 1912 to 1922. The Feroe Building was built next door in 1913.
