Ashley sisters at Stuart Drug, 1960

Young Judith Winifred Ashley (b. 1950) and sister Josephine Ashley Paradise (b. 1940) at Stuart Drug. Part of a series of photographs of the sisters shopping in businesses around Stuart. Published in the Stuart News (11 Aug 1960) with the caption: "Pause for a cool coke and a short rest at the fountain in Stuart Drug provides a moment or idle chatter about the many and wonderful shop ping items to be found in Stuart. Jo and Judy found in even greater selection in Stuart's shops than they found last year in their back-to-school adventure."

Scan gift of Josephine Paradise and the Taylor-Ashley Agency.
