Description

Car with the "king" and "queen" of Kid's Day leads a parade of costumed children down Osceola Street in downtown Stuart with baton twirlers marching next to the car. Two preschool children were chosen as "king" and "queen" of Kid's Day by a panel of judges made up of Lillian Armstrong, Arthur Ruhnke and Stuart's mayor, Bernard Coker. Businesses visible include Dehon Real Estate, Stuart Hardware, Ideal Sport Shop, Friendly Tavern, GE Appliances, W.W. Mac Company.
