Description

Children handle baby turtles at the House of Refuge tanks. The children appear to be using toothbrushes and other brushes to scrubs the shells of the turtles. Museum director, Stephen Schmidt holds a net full of baby turtles from the tank. His wife, Carol (brunette on right) and the couples’ children are among the participants.
