Warren 'Buddy' Shipes Jr., dictates a message over the Florida Power and Light Company's new commercial radio installation in the firm's Stuart office while area manager John M. Law Jr., looks on. At left is the receiving unit from the FP&L trucks and ears in the field whose movements are coordinated by this now setup."
