Description

Stuart Chief of Police, Roy Baker, issues a parking ticket to Betty James, dressed in western clothes, for "parking" her horse next to a "No Parking Loading Zone" sign in front of a store. Roy C. Baker was Stuart Chief of Police between 1945 and 1952, then Martin County Sheriff from 1952 and 1972. Scan from low quality print.
