Two men looking at a document. Left to right: Ray Heisley and Bob Crowder. Ray Heisley joined the Martin County Sheriff's Office in 1956 and worked under three different Florida sheriffs over 31 years with the department. Robert Crowder was sheriff in 1972 and again between 1992-2012.
