Stuart Sailfishers baseball team portrait. Published in the Stuart News (2 Sept 1948). Photo accompanied with the following caption: "The Stuart Sailfishers managed by Fire Chief John N. Mann (standing far right), have won their third successive pennant in the semi-pro South Florida Coast-Glades League. They closed their 25-game schedule against a hand-picked team from two other league members here Sunday afternoon. The players, many of whom have played all three years, are from left to right (seated) Francis 'Yankee' Williams, Emerson Kramer, Tom Evelyn, Harris R. Lowery, Jr., J. W. Tucker, Charles B. Hall, Donald St. Onge and Warren Shipes, Jr., (standing) Nick Beatty, William Berry, Raymond Heisley, Jesse 'Stringy' Arnold, Jr., Horace 'Mule' Arnold, George 'Old Folks' Griffin, Charles H.
