Published in the Stuart News (13 Sep 1951) with caption "Guava Is Basis Of Martin County's Newest Industrial Plant. Here are scenes at Martin County's newest industrial operation which is located along the banks of the South Fork right by the old Road 76 bridge over the waterway. At upper left, Mr. and Mrs. E. J. Rhoades are conducting the squeezing and pasteurization of the juice of the guava while Robert L. MacPherson (closest to camera) sees to the bottling. The juice emerges from the 130-gal. pasteurizer by way of the spigot (at far right) and is funneled into 1-gal. and 5-gal. bottle. Examples of the 1-gal. type appear in the foreground." -
