Two men, with a truck labeled "City Sign Service" install the sign for Vincent's Jewelers at the Osceola Building.
Published in the Stuart News (7 May 1964, p. 3) in an ad stating: "City Sign Service announces a new service for Martin County, a complete new erection truck for those hard-to-reach jobs."
Also visible are signs for Mary Carter Paints and Caserta's Restaurant. Vincent's Jewelers (which also used the name Vincent Jewelry) opened in 1952 in the Osceola Building. Caserta's Restaurant opened in 1960 and closed in about 1967.
