  • The Hancock home on the St. Lucie River (401 Atlanta Avenue). House built for Fred Hancock and family in 1902. The Walter Kitching house and Danforth Hotel were located on either side of the home.

  • Portrait of Ruth Brooks Stevenson, published in the Stuart News (29 Dec 1938). Stevenson identified in the newspaper as the assistant cashier at Citizens Bank of Stuart. Poor quality copy.
  • T. J. and Katie O'Stean hold up a large fish hung from a stick on the Jensen Bridge. T. J. served as the bridge tender from 1927 to 1932. They lived in a house on the bridge and in addition to operating the drawbridge, they also sold drinks and fishing bait from their home. Poor quality copy.
