Portrait of William C. Carnegie, nephew to industrialist Andrew Carnegie. William built a winter home on a 55-acre estate on Sewall's Point in 1924 and named it "Lucindia," combining the names of the St. Lucie and Indian Rivers which bordered the property. Poor copy. -

Portrait of Charles "Theo" Tyndall. Tyndall's parents were early Sewall's Point settlers. He entered military service with his brother, Frank Tyndall in 1917. Theo Tyndall served as a military engineer until being discharged in 1919. Theo went on to serve as a town clerk for the city of Jensen during the 1920s before moving to the West Palm Beach area during the 1930s. -
