He, wife Minnie, and sons Bud and Jimmy lived at the France Apartments and then at 729 St. Lucie Crescent in 1940. Son "Bud" graduated from Stuart High School in 1940 before serving in the Navy in WWII, owned Chappelka Boat Service, and worked as a crane operator with several companies.</text>
