While none of the images are labeled with identifications, the album certainly includes members of the Coggeshall and Blanchard families, as well as some of their neighbors. The album also contains some photos of snow-covered farms and sheep that are more likely to be from their home in Groton, New York. Only one photo included written information, "Savage's boat docked from NYC 1924 at the St. Lucie River Yacht Club."

According to a note accompanying this album, it was "from the estate of John D. Blanchard, Shadowlawn, Groton NY." John D. Blanchard (1897-1971) was the child of Ella Nora Coggshall Blanchard (1873-1951) and Hartson J. Blanchard (1862-1930), and grandchild of David H. Coggshall Jr. (1848–1913) and Clarinda F. Smith Coggshall (1847–1933).

D.H. and Clarinda Coggshall owned several properties in the Stuart, Florida area, including three lots in Stuart where they built a house and spent winters between 1905 and 1913. Another lot adjoined the St. Lucie River, near the property of Harry Armstrong Dyer and A.T. Hogarth. David H. Coggshall was a member of a family famous for their apiaries; D. H. Coggshall was himself a successful beekeeper in Groton NY, and also kept a few hives at his Stuart property.</text>

According to a note accompanying this album, it was "from the estate of John D. Blanchard, Shadowlawn, Groton NY." John D. D.H. and Clarinda Coggshall owned several properties in the Stuart, Florida area, including three lots in Stuart where they built a house and spent winters between 1905 and 1913.
