Shuey's Inn in Jupiter, Florida was a popular tourist spot on the Loxahatchee River for many years. First established in the early 1930s by O. Schumacher, Shuey's Inn offered rental cottages, a trailer camp and restaurant. It was located across from the Jupiter Lighthouse and according to an advertisement in the Palm Beach Post (20 Nov 1938) "where the Indian and Loxahatchee Rivers join the Ocean."
