  • The France Apartments in Stuart with view of cars parked in front and palm trees nearby. The France Apartments were built in 1927 and the renovated building is still in use (2023) as apartments known as The France on Frazier Creek.

  • Atlantic Court Apartments in Stuart. Originally named the El Bit-Lor Apartments, this building was built by Bert A. Bittan and John E. Taylor and opened in 1926. These nineteen lavishly built apartments hosted many a fancy party and was touted as one of the finest apartment buildings on the East Coast. The building was repossessed in 1936 by the loan holder, Atlantic Bank, and renamed the Atlantic Court Apartments following the 1933 hurricane as well as the end of the 1920s land boom. A sidewalk with a fire hydrant and a street light as well as several parked vehicles and green space are visible near the apartments.
  • Kimberly apartments in Stuart. Built in 1913, this building was sold in 1939 and the name was changed to the Riverview Apartments (located at Seminole Street and Colorado Avenue). There is a car parked beside the building (partially obscured by bushes)
