Several parks associated with the Lakewood community (built by Justin Matthews) feature sculptures by Dionicio Rodriguez, created with concrete in 1932-1933. Many of Rodriguez's works are listed in the National Registry of Historic Places. This structural installation features a mill with a water wheel, bridges, benches, all in concrete. Its image was featured in the beginning of the film Gone With the Wind (1939).
