Souvenir program created for the Black Heritage Festival held on February 25, 1984, at the East Stuart Civic Center. The program booklet includes information about the festival and its planning committee, reading and art recommendations, essays on various historic topics, a directory of local churches, selected poems, historic documents, and other writings, information about civil rights organizations and historic figures, and the lyrics of several songs/hymns.
