A three-tiered wedding cake in golden motif was set off by flowers and tapers throughout the home in shades of gold. Both native Floridians, she was born in Ethel, he in Sanford. They were married in 1909 at Stuart, Fla. Dr. Frazier is the only surviving member of the 1915-1916 Stuart City Commission. The couple each graduated from Palmer School of Chiropractics, Davenport, Iowa, and hold D.C. and P.H.C. degrees. They have been active in civic, fraternal and social organizations over the years."
