Description
The Sailfish City Motorcycle Club was established in early 1957 or late 1956. It was originally named "The Bayou Riders Motorcycle Club," but changed its name in mid-January 1957.
By May 1958, the president was Marion Snow, who continued to be associated with the organization for many years. By January 1959, the club established a racetrack at Locks Road, where many "scrambles" and races were held.
By 1970, the track was shut down.
