The large building at 15 SE Seminole Street was built in 1913 by Sam Mathews for Elmer and Mary Kimberly. Electric lights and hot water were added in 1917. It became the Kimberly Apartments in the 1920s; it changed ownership in 1939 and was renamed Riverview Apartments. Water tank and laundry visible.
